why is the update wont let me download update and it just crashes the game

status on site it says its working announcement on discord it says its working but when you log in it says "network link off" I tried talking to live chat, I just kept getting the answer check the announcement lol

its been 2hrs since last time I reported it, and all I was told they are aware of the problems. and thats it. lol be patient.
